Cream of Chicken Soup

My husband created this soup recipe. It works wonderfully! It bakes up very nice. This recipe makes equvilent to one can of soup.

Cream of Chicken Soup

2 tblsp. Butter
3 tblsp. Sweet Rice flour
1/3 cup milk
1 cup GF Chicken broth
2 oz. Cream cheese

Melt butter add flour. Slowly stir in milk and chicken broth till smooth. Add cream cheese stir till melted.
